Get your hotel recommended by ChatGPT and Google AI

When guests ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI where to stay, eat or hold an event, they get three or four names. We make sure your property is one of them, and we check every month. For UK hotels, restaurants, pubs and venues.

Proof: SureSpace grew monthly website visitors about 100× in 12 months

Quick answer

AI assistants recommend hotels they can read clearly and see described the same way in several places. We add hotel structured data to your site, answer the questions guests actually ask, make your details consistent across listings, and earn mentions on the guides and sites AI assistants cite. Then we check every month whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude and Perplexity name you.

What guests ask AI before they book

Guests no longer type "hotel Kingston" and scroll. They ask a full question and get a short answer. Examples of the questions we track:

  • "Best boutique hotel near Kingston upon Thames for a weekend away"
  • "Dog-friendly hotel in the Cotswolds with a spa"
  • "Hotel near Wembley Stadium with parking"
  • "Where can I hold a wedding reception for 80 guests in Surrey?"
  • "Quiet hotel in central Manchester for a business trip"

Each answer names three or four places. If yours is not one of them, that guest never sees you, and nothing shows up in your analytics.

Why hotels get left out

  • Booking sites speak for you. When your own site says little, AI assistants lean on the big booking and review sites, and on your competitors.
  • Details that do not match. Different phone numbers, room names or amenities across listings make you look less reliable to a model.
  • Pages that do not answer questions. Dog policy, parking, accessibility, check-in times and event capacity are often missing or buried in a PDF.
  • Content AI cannot read. Rooms and prices inside a booking widget or image are invisible to most AI crawlers.
  • Few mentions elsewhere. AI assistants trust what local guides, press and trusted listings say about you.

What we do for hotels

  • Hotel structured data. Schema for your hotel, rooms, amenities, pet policy, check-in times and location, so AI assistants read your facts directly.
  • Answer-first pages. Clear pages for the questions guests ask: parking, dogs, accessibility, families, events, weddings, nearby attractions.
  • Listing consistency. The same name, address, phone number and descriptions across Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and the booking sites.
  • Mentions that count. Outreach to the local guides, "best hotels in" lists and venue directories that AI assistants cite.
  • Crawler access and Bing. Making sure ChatGPT's and Google's crawlers can read your site, and that Bing indexes it.
  • Monthly AI check per property. A fixed set of guest questions asked across five AI assistants, with who was named, which sites were cited, and what we fix next.

Our experience

We currently run monthly AI visibility checks for a seven-property UK hotel group, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Claude and Perplexity. Before that, we grew monthly website visitors for a Dubai community app from 20–30 to 2,000–3,000 in twelve months through question-led search work. Read the SureSpace case study.

What it costs

A fixed price per property, agreed before we start, with a lower per-property rate for groups. Most hotels start with a one-off audit and fixes, then move to monthly checks once they have seen the first results. You get a quote within 48 hours.

Common questions

Does this replace Booking.com and the other booking sites?

No. AI assistants often cite the big booking and review sites, and that is fine. The work makes your own website a source they trust too, so guests are more likely to find you, and book you, directly.

How long before AI assistants start naming my hotel?

Technical fixes such as hotel schema, crawler access and Bing indexing take days. Changes in how assistants describe you can show within weeks. Being named for competitive questions, such as the best boutique hotel in your town, depends on mentions on other trusted sites and usually takes several months.

Do you work with restaurants, pubs and venues as well?

Yes. The method is the same: find the questions guests ask, make sure your details are consistent everywhere, answer those questions on your own site, and get mentioned where AI assistants look.

Do you need access to our booking engine?

No. We work on your website, listings and mentions. If you want booking-based measures later, such as direct booking share, we can add them with read-only access.

What do I get each month?

A short report per property: whether each AI assistant named you for a fixed set of guest questions, which competitors were named instead, which websites were cited, and the fixes and outreach planned for the next month.
