This notice explains what happens to personal data you send to Tech Nimbus through this website. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

Who we are

Tech Nimbus is a software development company based in London, founded by Jatin Kumar. For any question about your data, email admin@techinimbus.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline, and your project description. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no other way to submit data to us on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, specifically responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. Our email is hosted by Zoho. This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you have not been shown a banner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it. Email admin@techinimbus.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
